Dr. James Street, along with his bride, Linda, have been in ministry for 46 years. He has taught at the college level in both state universities (University of Georgia; East Tennessee State University) as well as private Christian colleges.(Milligan College; Point University) He has also taught Christian Care and Counseling in a graduate seminary (Emmanuel Christian Seminary) He and Linda founded the Christian Campus Fellowship at the University of Georgia, a campus ministry that has been going strong for 42 years. He has also served as senior pastor in several churches in Georgia and Tennessee while teaching.
In April, 2019, Jim, after dealing with Congestive Heart Failure for 17 years, was blessed to receive a new heart by a generous organ donor. That experience has had a profound effect upon his view of ministry, the place of miracles today, and the power of prayer.
